#POPUpMathLab: Math in Nature Winter Fun

Families with youth ages 4-11 will experience STEM/STEAM focused stations that help make meaningful math connections  through experiences with snowflakes (geometry), temperature (integers), spatial visualization (cubes/tetrahedrons), estimation, slopes (algebra, equations, measurement) and more.

Enjoy a cup of cocoa or apple cider while completing the #POPUpMathLab passport.

Hosted in partnership with the Belle Isle Nature Center (BINC).

Families with youth ages 7-14 will engage in interactive panel discussions, a workshop, station activities, and more. Participants are encouraged to stay for the duration but are welcome to drop in as their schedule permits.
